Omaxe, one of the leading real estate developers present in the country, has recently bagged the contract for building the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

As the contract was awarded by the Ministry of Health & Family welfare to the real estate developer, experts believe the value to be around the Rs. 648 million levels for the construction of the medical institute.

In fact, the company will also build the hostel for students who will be practicing at the medical institute along with a hostel for the nurses.

Rohtas Goel, CMD, Omaxe Ltd shared the fact that as the company has past experience in the construction of Hospitals and this will help the builder to construct it within the stipulated time frame.

Notably, the company has been involved in the construction of Manyavar Kanshiram Allopathic Medical College and its Affiliated Hospital at Saharanpur, U. P, Modern Jail at Faridkot and Kapurthala. Moreover, the company has also played a major role in modernising the three ESI Hospitals at Cuttak and Bhubneswar and construction of a township at Dariba in Rajasthan.
