Washington, Jan 29 : Actress Jennifer Aniston rushed to rescue a dog after she spotted the pet wandering lost and alone.

The former `Friends' star was driving to her California home when she spotted the animal, reports Contactmusic.

The actress hopped out of her vehicle when she noticed the lone husky running down a busy Beverly Hills road and managed to coax the pooch to the curb.

A witness, who saw the collarless dog escape its nearby home, thanked the actress and alerted its owners to the animal''s whereabouts.

"I think it''s just hard to date," said the actress, 39, who recently discussed dating with her He''s Just Not That Into You costars on Extra.

"It''s not like we''re kids. We''re not dating," she adds.

Aniston has said that dating is better "once you''ve met someone" and have gone out a couple of times, reports Us magazine.

What's more, the stunning actress says she would have become a restaurateur if she hadn''t found success on the hit sitcom `Friends'.

New Delhi, Jan 14 : Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she had bad experiences with her poodle pal in her younger days.

The 39-year-old pet lover, who shares the screen with a golden retriever in her new movie ''Marley and Me'', said that her first dog hated her, reports the China Daily.

She said: "My first pet was Demetri, a white poodle. But he did not like me much because I would always pull on its tail. But I was three, I thought he was a toy."

However, now the former ''Friends'' star is much nicer to her current furry friend, corgi-terrier cross-breed Norman.
