Delaware, Jan. 28 : Jill Biden, the wife of Vice-President Joe Biden, returned to teaching today as an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College, her office announced.

Biden is one of the few second ladies in history to work at a paid job while her husband was in office.

She will teach two English courses this semester at the Annandale campus, Politico reports.

Once her husband was elected to the vice presidency, Biden made the decision to leave her teaching job at a community college in Delaware after the fall semester. She has been a teacher for nearly three decades.

New York, August 29 : Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama’s accidental smooch with the wife of his vice-presidential choice Joe Biden has become an Internet sensation.

The footage, downloaded from YouTube by tens of thousands, shows Obama kissing Biden’s wife Jill on the lips as the his own wife was watching from the stands.

"Obama stunned the audience with a buss to Jill Biden," the New York Daily News quoted the Washington Post as writing about the incident.

Washington, Aug 25: Ever since US Presidential hopeful Barack Obama picked up Sen. Joseph Biden as his running mate, their wives Michelle Obama and Jill Biden have geared up for their own act, insisting that they “have chemistry”.

Michelle has welcomed Jill to the campaign trail.

"I just wanted to tell her we're excited and, also, anything you see that we need to be doing or should be doing, speak up – don't hesitate, because we want to get this right," People magazine quoted Michelle as saying.
