London, Nov 11  Hip hop and R&B singer Akon has revealed that he would borrow F1 champ Lewis Hamilton’s girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger if he ever gets a chance to play James Bond.

Akon is determined to play the secret agent even if he is never offered the role, and he also knows that he would not hesitate to pick ‘Pussycat Dolls’ stunner Scherzinger as his love interest.

“My ideal Bond girl would be Nicole. I think she’d be perfect,” the Sun quoted him a saying.

London, November 10 : Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton, who is dating ‘Pussycat Doll’s Nicole Scherzinger, is scared of his girlfriend’s driving – because she drives too fast.

The ace racer, who has been dating the 23-year-old since they met at last year’s MTV Europe Music Awards in Germany, was branded a “speed angel” by Scherzinger who revealed her beau’s fright when she drove.

“I have a Bentley but Lewis isn’t keen to be alongside me. Lewis is a speed angel, but I’m a speed demon,” the Sun quoted her as saying.

Stuttgart - Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton expects next season's title race to be as difficult as this year's one.

London, Nov 8 : Model giant Hornby is banking on James Bond and Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton to provide it with a pre-Christmas trading boost.

Despite increasingly tough trading conditions in many of its markets, Hornby said sales of Scalextric were expected to benefit from demand for McLaren cars and James Bond ''Quantum of Solace'' licensed products.

It is also planning the launch of an Airfix kit featuring McLaren and its star driver Lewis Hamilton, who became Formula One world champion last weekend.

However, he does not share Formula One chief Bernie Ecclestone''s view that it was blown out of all proportion.

According to The Telegraph, Hamilton was abused during a pre-season testing at the Circuit de Catalunya, near Barcelona, in February. Some spectators were pictured mocking Hamilton by wearing wigs, dark make-up and t-shirts with the slogan ''Hamilton''s Family''.

Scherzinger, who has been dating the 23-year-old since they met at last year''s MTV Europe Music Awards in Germany, was treated to a tour of Hamilton''s English hometown of Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

The singer enjoyed a traditional British roast dinner with Hamilton''s family to celebrate him being crowned the Formula One World Champion.
