Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan will be seen sharing screen with Hollywood actor Richard Gere.

Gere, favourite lover boy of the late 80's and early 90's, will make his Bollywood debut with Bib B in Ambika Hinduja’s long awaited Teen Patti, which is all set to be a star-studded affair.

London, Mar 11: Hollywood actor/ political activist Richard Gere has voiced hope that China could one day have a Tibetan leader - the same way as United States has a black president.

Gere, a Buddhist, is particularly passionate about Chinese/Tibetan relations.

The actor was in Washington to urge Congress to support Tibet in the country''s fight against oppression by the Communist government in neighbouring China.

London, Feb 24 : Richard Gere has revealed that he has high hopes of his New York restaurant and lodge becoming a centre where such discussions will be held as would have a positive impact on the planet.

Gere, 59, owns the Bedford Post Inn, which includes an 18th century house, barn and bistro, and it will accommodate guests in up to eight rooms when it opens in Westchester, New York, this spring.

And although Gere admits he never anticipated opening a formal restaurant on the 14-acre property, he hopes his unexpected venture will provide a place to network for some of his high-profile pals.

Washington, Sept 17: Richard Gere used to check his compatibility with potential girlfriends by showing them photos of body parts and severed heads.

The Pretty Woman star confessed that he used to accumulate Joel Peter Witkin's eerie photographs and used to hang them all over his apartment.

"It clearly was a litmus test about the women who came into my apartment - how they related to this work,” Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.
