London, Dec 30 : Tom Cruise has said that he feels lucky to have Katie Holmes as his wife.
The couple tied the knot in Bracciano, Italy in November 2006 following a whirlwind romance, and have a two-year-old daughter, Suri.
And Cruise has admitted that his wife brings out his romantic side.
"Married life is very good, very lovely. I feel lucky to have Kate as my wife. She''s an extraordinary woman. She is funny and smart and she likes the same things that I do,” the Sun quoted Cruise, as saying.

The actor has revealed that he loves being a father and wants to have 10 kids with his wife Katie Holmes.
"I want ten children. I love kids. I feel really fortunate to have the teenagers and a two and a half-year-old. It's a great dynamic," the Sun quoted Cruise, as saying.
The star adopted two children with his second wife Nicole Kidman, Isabella, now 16, and 13-year-old Connor.
Melbourne, Dec 25 : Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are leaving no stone unturned to make their Christmas a classy affair, for the couple is apparently spending 6,000 dollars just on wrapping paper.
They would be wrapping their Christmas gifts for friends and family in the expensive paper.
"Tom and Katie are planning to wrap each present in 60 dollars worth of wrapping paper and then put a 140-dollar Jay Strongwater ornament on the top," The Herald Sun quoted a source as saying.

The Oscar nominated star's attempt to play Father Christmas for his kids Isabella, 16, Connor, 14, and biological daughter Suri, two, failed miserably last year when his Suri realised it was him straight away.
