PlayStation 3 firmware update stumbles, cause issues

PlayStation-3As the launch of PlayStation 3 firmware version 3.21, hits the market, so have begun the issues at user's level.

It is believed that users are finding it difficult to manage the latest firmware update causing regular hiccups at the console. Ones who have applied the firmware are asked to get rid of the option to install another operating system that older PS3s generally encompass with.

As Sony backs its controversial firmware stating that the other OS options poses a security risk that the company felt had to be dealt with and thus the firmware commands you get rid of the other OS.

On the other hand users are petrified as 3.21 and believed to be the causative agent behind all sorts of issues on some consoles. Be it freezing and/or crashing, slowing down online, unable to log onto the PlayStation Network every reasons are being linked to the firmware.

Meanwhile the trade pundits suggest Playstation users to wait before applying the update, as Sony might come-up with patch-ups for the issue.
