Mumbai, Nov 15 : Maharashtra Navanirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray was arrested after he surrendered in a Mumbai court, in the wake of a non-bailable warrant issued against him by a Jamshedpur court.

On Friday, Thackeray''s plea to transfer a complaint case from a Jamshedpur court to Mumbai could not come up for hearing in the Jharkhand High Court.

The petition had been filed last month after a case was filed against Thackeray in June this year.

Mahek Chahal, the lissome actress, who was seen in 'Nayi Padosan' and did an item number in 'Chameli', has walked out of the film 'Kal Kisne Dekha' saying that the film's director Vivek Sharma was acting too friendly with her.
