Washington, Oct 31: The Hubble space telescope has detected a pair of gravitationally interacting galaxies that appear to mark the number ten.

The galaxies, called Arp 147, were observed by Hubble’s Wide Field Planetary Camera 2 (WFPC2).

The left-most galaxy, or the “one” in the image, is relatively undisturbed apart from a smooth ring of starlight. It appears nearly on edge to our line of sight. The right-most galaxy, resembling a zero, exhibits a clumpy, blue ring of intense star formation.

The blue ring was most probably formed after the galaxy on the left passed through the galaxy on the right.

Washington, October 30: Actor-turned-author Denis Leary has apologised for making controversial comments about autistic children in his book, which he says were taken out of context by the media.

The ‘Rescue Me’ star sparked fury by writing in his book ‘Why We Suck: A Feel-Good Guide to Staying Fat, Loud, Lazy and Stupid’ that some parents were using the brain development disorder as an excuse to explain their children''s "laziness".

He also said that the surge in autism was a result of "inattentive mothers and competitive dads".

Washington, Oct 30: A new study has suggested that kids who are breastfed are less likely to suffer from behavioral or mental health issues than those who are not nursed.

The research has been presented at the American Public Health Association’s 136th Annual Meeting & Exposition in San Diego.

To reach the conclusion, the research looked at whether breastfeeding is

associated with decreased behavioral problems and psychiatric illness during childhood.

Winehouse has since posted a video on her website, telling fans she plans to release new material soon.

Her spokesman has blasted the claims, and has said that her voice is very much fine.
