New Delhi, Mar 7 : Opener Virender Sehwag has been dropped from the Indian Test team to face Australia in the remaining two matches of the Airtel Test series while another veteran Harbhajan Singh has been retained.

Openers Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan have been both named in the 14-man Indian squad, announced by the All-India Senior Selection Committee.

The third Test will be played at Mohali from 14 March 2013 to 18 March 2013, and the fourth at Delhi from 22 March 2013 to 26 March 2013.

India squad for remaining two test: M. S. Dhoni (wkt/captain), Murali Vijay, Cheteshwar Pujara, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, Harbhajan Singh, R. Ashwin, Pragyan Ojha, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Ajinkya Rahane, Ashok Dinda, Shikhar Dhawan and Ishant Sharma. (ANI)
