Small wonder for Bajaj Auto

Small wonder for Bajaj AutoAfter the Pulsar brand was launched in the early 2000s, the years that followed marked a new journey for the company in the Indian market. It didn't only bring the leadership position for the company in the premium segment in a short span of time, but also played a major role in establishing the parent brand as one that stood for immaculate styling and technology.

In fact, it is the latest and the smallest offering in the Pulsar portfolio that is currently driving the growth story for the company in the Indian market.

The Pulsar 135 LS is the latest offering of the company under the Pulsar brand of motorcycles, wherein LS is standing for Light Sports. It may be noted here that in 130 days, since its launch in December 2009, the company has sold close to 85,000 units in the Indian market.

Moreover, the company has labelled the product as the second-largest selling product in the company's 'sports segment', second only to the larger Pulsar 150. With pricing at Rs. 53,000 ex-showroom Delhi, the company is confident that the volumes will continue the growth momentum going forward.
