Survey shows 94% Indian women believe they have successful careersAccording to a new survey, about 94 per cent of the Indian women believe that they have led a successful career.

A survey conducted by professional networking site LinkedIn showed that a majority of the women in the country define professional success as the right balance between work and personal life. The study titled 'What Women Want @ Work' released by LinkedIn said that 74 per cent of the wpom, en worldwide believe that they  can 'have it all'.

"A majority of women worldwide define professional success as having the right balance between work and personal life and nearly three quarters of women believe they can have it all," the study said.

The study also showed that the women with more than six years of working experience feel more satisfied with their professional lives compared to those with lesser numbers of years of experience. About 85 per cent of the Indian women, who participated in the survey, said that they would want more flexibility at work.

The survey also showed that one in three Indian women say that they have faced sexism at the workplace. This is the highest recorded across all countries around the world.
