San Francisco  - Apple CEO Steve Jobs unveiled an upgraded line of iPod media players Tuesday, as well as a deal to sell NBC Universal TV shows and movies through the iTunes store.

But investors had hoped for more dramatic product announcements ahead of the crucial holiday shopping season and sent the company's shares down almost 5 per cent in Nasdaq trading to 150.70 dollars.

Apple is all set to create vibes yet again in the market. Earlier with 3G iPhone and now it has been revealed that by Christmas the company will unveil a whole new range of the latest models of its high-in-demand iPod music players.

It’s been only two months since the company had launched it second generation iPhone. Now there is news that next week on Tuesday, the consumer technology specialist is planning an event in US and Britain called “Lets Rock.”

Earlier in July, when it was reported that soon India will see the arrival of Apple’s 3G iPhones, the customers were too enthusiastic to buy it. Many readers of the newspapers which had reported about it had responded back to the agencies that they would go for the 3G iPhone.

This is the week of the geeks, as the Apple iPhone finally made entry into the Indian market amidst fanfare.

The Apple Inc.’s new iPhone, which was grabbed by iPhone fans during first couple of weeks of launch, has got into troubles due to Infineon chip used in the gadget. The agitated users are constantly asking Apple the reason behind all these errors.

According to a research report from Nomura, an Infineon chip could be responsible for the trouble being caused to the users. The users are encountering the problem of dropping of the calls suddenly and unknown internet links, which they are not aware of.
