Tiger Woods moving to France?

Tiger Woods moving to France?London, Dec 18 - With reports that wife Elin Nordegren might leave him and move to her native Sweden with their children, golfer Tiger Woods is planning to move to France in search for privacy and to get away from the constant media attention, says aceshowbiz. com

The website PopEater's Naughty But Nice column claims that Woods will probably move to France to get away from the media frenzy in the US. It is reported that the avid golfer is currently looking at multimillion dollar estates in France with the hope of getting more privacy.

"Members of team Tigers have reached out to the same ultra-exclusive real estate agent that helped Brad (Pitt) and Angelina (Jolie) find their stunning property in the South of France," an insider told the site.

Michael Wildes, the immigration attorney and managing partner at NYC-based immigration law firm Wildes & Weinberg, said Woods' not yet confirmed move to France was understandable, taking into account the country has "much stricter privacy laws that afford the Brangelinas of the world a tinted aquarium, rather than the transparent fishbowl that is the US media, in which to live and breathe in virtual freedom and privacy".

Echoing Michael, a celebrity publicist told PopEater's Naughty But Nice said "that's why private stars like reclusive Johnny Depp chooses France to raise his family and why Angelina decided it was the only place to give birth to the world's most famous twins".

At the time of going to press, there was no word just yet from Woods if the report is true or not. His people also remain silent on the matter.

Woods has been tainted by allegations of serial infidelities with as many as 14 women around the US, including various waitresses, nightclub hostesses and porn stars, after his accident Nov 27.

The golfer is spending days alone watching cartoons and eating cereal and his friends fear he is close to "cracking up". (IANS)
