Toyota asked to produce documents of recall!

Toyota asked to produce documents of recall! No matter how hard auto major Toyota try, it doesn't seem to get rid of the problems. In a fresh report the US car safety watchdog, in order to check whether the company has reacted quickly enough, it has ordered to Toyota to provide documents which are related to its Mass vehicle recalls. In order to verify whether Toyota had reacted quickly enough to customer complaints of the slight delay in braking, The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), has taken the step.

The scope was limited or not is also a matter to look out for mentioned NHTSA. Toyota has confirmed their full support in handing whatever they have been asked to give. The NHTSA wanted Toyota to produce documents of how and when did they learn of the problem affecting their wide range of customers.

Toyota has already suspended production and a sale of 8 models in the US. Whether the problems for Toyota were discovered during the production stage or after the production is a matter that the investigators want to look into. The law of NHTSA requires the car manufacturers to notify the problem within five days of discovering a safety recall, and a prompt recall should be conducted.
