Washington : Leading Republican presidential aspirant Donald Trump is in "excellent" health and would undoubtedly be "the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency" if he wins in 2016, his personal physician said Tuesday.

"If elected, Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency," Dr Harold N Bornstein, his personal physician said after Trump underwent his medical test.

"I am proud to share this report, written by the highly respected Dr Jacob Bornstein of Lenox Hill Hospital, stating that I am in excellent health," the 69-year-old real estate mogul said in an accompanying statement.

White House hits out at Trump's 'Muslim Ban'

Washington D.C., Dec.8 - The White House lambasted Donald Trump's statement demanding a ban on Muslims from entering the United States and said that his remark 'disqualified' him from becoming president.

According to CNN, White House press secretary Josh Earnest hit out at Trump in a press briefing yesterday.

Earnest said that every president must take an oath to "preserve, protect and defend" the U.S. Constitution, and therefore, Trump's statement automatically disqualified him.

Trump had earlier released a statement calling to block entry of foreign Muslims into the U.S. His proposal was met with widespread criticism, besides his own team who massively supported his demand.

Washington, Jul 22 - Donald Trump has taken his rivalry with Lindsey Graham to new levels when he read off the South Carolina senator's phone number in public.

The 69-year-old Republican presidential hopeful gave out the number at a campaign event in Graham's home state right after calling him "a total lightweight" and "idiot," Us Magazine reported.

Trump, who proceeded to read the number out loud twice, said he wasn't sure if the number was still in service since several years had passed since he'd gotten it, but added "I don't know, give it a shot."

Graham earlier insulted his rival by calling him "a jackass," referring to the recent controversy over Trump's comments regarding John McCain's military service.
