Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan is really following the footsteps of his father Amitabh Bachchan as he has won the 'Best Anchor Male Award 2010' for his debut TV show 'National Bingo Night' in Colors.

Raavan, the latest release of junior Bachchan, failed to woo as many viewers as predicted.

The flick could not make it big at the box office but the actor got noticed as an anchor for the game show.

Ashwini Yardi, the programming head of Colors, gave the award to Abhishek at the event help in Mumbai.

Junior Bachchan has got this talent inherited from Big B and gave the game show a feel of larger than life. This success must have made Amitabh proud of his son.

Abhishek bonded with the 'Chak Dhoom Dhoom' children very well and enjoyed fully. Even while at stage, he did not forget to mention about these talented kids of the dance show, who performed at the ceremony.

Today, the awards function will be aired on Colors. These awards were given to identify and salute the brilliance amongst TV debutantes. (With Inputs from Agencies)
