Apple, which is constantly making news and has become a subject of another lawsuit, that earmarks as second this week from HTC.

The first lawsuit was filed by Nokia that claimed of patent infringements. HTC in the similar league claims that Apple has infringed five of its patents with its iPhone that pertains to power management technology, and how phones store and dial numbers.

It is believed that the Taiwanese corp. has filed the lawsuit in lieu of the backlash that Apple supposedly had claimed on it back in March. This backfiring has raised fingers on both the phone makers making the trade experts gauge on the matter.

Meanwhile no comments have been released from US phone maker, Apple it is yet awaited in the queue and believed that it will soon strike back, while HTC continues to attack with claiming a ban for the sale of iPhones forever.
