Bharat Forge, the World's 2nd largest forging company, has revealed its plan to raise $150 million (nearly Rs 720 crore) via various fund raising routes. 

The company is presently seeking shareholders' approval to raise $150 million by way of issuing bonds, debentures or through global depository receipts.    

The raised amount will be utilized to expand its manufacturing capabilities in the non-automotive sector in India.

The scrip of the company today settled at Rs 385, down 2% on BSE. The total volume of shares traded was 13,076 at the BSE (Thursday).
