Rudolf, who has shot to fame with debut single ‘Let It Rock’ becoming an Internet phenomenon, has clearly given his terms and conditions to Lindsay, who is releasing her third album Spirit In The Dark.

"The Lindsay thing looks like it will happen. She has a good voice but she''s going to have to work to my sound if she wants us to work,” the Sun quoted Rudolf, as saying.

“If we stick with her sound it's not going to help either of us,” he added.

The couple dated for more than six years, until Seymour called time on the relationship in September (08).

Cowell later told a U. S. news show he was dumped by text, but Seymour insists that wasn''t the case.

She insists that ending such a long-lasting relationship with a text message would be too impersonal.

"You''re with someone for six years and you end it by text? I don''t think so! No, it wasn''t ended over the phone and it wasn''t ended by text,” Contactmusic quoted her, as telling Britain''s Hello magazine.

New Delhi - India's entertainment capital of Mumbai is in a state of shock due to the terrorist attacks across the city, with reports of at least one Bollywood superstar sleeping with a gun under his pillow.

Mumbai is home to the Hindi film industry, popularly known as Bollywood.

Iconic star Amitabh Bachchan, who has played the role of superhero in several Hindi movies, described it as a "terrible situation" that disturbed him.

"As the events of the terrorist attack unfolded in front of me, I did something for the first time and one that I had hoped never ever to be in a situation to do," Bachchan an icon of the Hindi cinema wrote on his blog.

Its box office takings averaged 1,318 Australian dollars per screen, compared with 35,055 Australian dollars per screen earned by box office leader Twilight.
