HCL Infosystems enters cloud computing domain
HCL Infosystems recently launched O’zone – an end-to-end cloud-based computing solution service which is chiefly targeted at big enterprises, mediocre organizations and professionals. It is designed to provide the advantages of reduced capital expenses and increased data security among many other features.
It also has the benefits of green computing and a disaster or crash recovery. There will also be a 24x7 service to provide technical support and performance guidance whenever required.
HCL O’zone will also give the advantages of a reduced fixed cost and reasonable expenses for operating business, besides giving the capability to adapt to the fast changing and overtly dynamic market.
Apart from enabling multi-tenancy and testing the performance of the PC, this new service will also offer pricing structure management, service catalogue management, helping with the provisions and administration, access control et al.
A significant step in this venture is the acquiring of 60 per cent stake in the Dubai-based NTS Group. A bunch of trade needs will be provided with solutions by NTS, which provides for IT hardware and software services and everything else in between.
