iPhone application will help the Congo Mountain gorillasAn iPhone mobile application has been made to help the Democratic Republic Congo mountain gorillas. This application will help the iPhone users to follow the lives of the mountain gorilla families even in the Virunga National park which is in remote forest. This amazing application is named as iGorilla.

The cost of each application is just $4 and major share of the money earned from the sale of this iGorilla will go for the development of the national park. The numbers of the gorillas has been alarmingly falling down due to deforestation, disease and civil conflict etc.

This conservation work is going to help protecting the remaining 720 animals and about 211 great apes living in the park. This application is launched by Virunga National Park which allows users to follow a gorilla family and recognize individual members of that family with help of the photographs, videos and search reports.

The park officials believe that this initiative will emerge interest about these animals in people's heart. This park is situated at the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda and Rwanda.
