J Kumar Infra bags order worth Rs 40 Crore

Mumbai-based, J Kumar Infraprojects Limited has informed that the company has won an order worth Rs 40 crore from Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.

J.Kumar Infra operates as a civil engineering and infrastructure development company in India. The company also undertakes the piling of foundation work using hydraulic piling rigs for projects, which are awarded to other contractors.

With this, current order book position of the company, as on date, stands at about Rs 571 crore.

The stock of the company closed today at Rs. 106. It touched an intraday high and low of Rs. 110 and 105 respectively.

The company recently entered the capital markets with an IPO. The return has not been very encouraging for small investors as the markets have entered a bearish phase after the crash in January, 2008.
