Kale Consultants Q3 revenues up 26%; net profit up 79%
India-based Kale Consultants has announced that its revenues for the three month period ended December 31, 2008 rose by 26% to Rs 251.27 million against Rs 199.87 million for the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Dec 2007).
The company has recorded a net profit after tax of Rs 14.79 million, up 79% as compared to Rs 8.26 million for the same period year ago.
According to sources, company's consolidated total income climbed 29% form Rs 286.78 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2007 to Rs 368.66 million for the quarter ended Dec 31, 2008.
Company's consolidated profit after tax stood at Rs 38.14 million against Rs 16.08 million for the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
The reports said that company has posted 21% surge in its consolidated revenue of Rs 1,067.75 million for nine months ended Dec. 31, 2008, as compared to Rs 882.93 million for the same period last year.
While commenting on this occasion, Mr. Vipul Jain, CEO and managing director of Kale Consultants stated, "with a steady operational performance in Q3, we are confident of ending fiscal year 2009 on a positive note. The tangible benefits of acquiring Zero Octa in the last year have started to kick-in.
Taking a proactive view of the overall economic conditions we are also looking at streamlining operations and increasing organizational efficiencies."

Scrip of Kale Consultants ended well at Rs 22, up 11.75 % on National Stock Exchange (NSE). The total volume of shares traded was 110,343 at the NSE.
