Kaustav Das, who had been working as a Managing Director with Orchard India, has now been appointed as Executive Vice President for South by the Publicis Ambience. He has been appointed to undertake the responsibility for the launch of Publicis Ambience Bangalore office.

Das, who was extremely happy for his appointment expressed his feelings, said, “The Publicis philosophy of ‘Contagious Communication’ is so potent that it can actually shape the direction that media neutral communication will take in future across the world. I am delighted to be the newest evangelist of this philosophy and feel privileged to be given the opportunity of working with one of the finest teams in the business.”

Before moving to Sistas Kolkata, Das began his career with Sobhagya Kolkata in 1992. After this he moved to cities to O&M Bangalore, where he handled the UB Ltd beer portfolio.

There after he went on to head the Hindustan Lever foods portfolio with Lowe, which was formerly called Lintas India.  Kaustav also headed EuroRSCG Chennai for around two years after two years of short stints at Mudra Chennai and Swamy/BBDO. He also over took the post of VP South at TBWA\India.
