New Delhi, Oct 8 : Consumer electronics major LG has launched new products in the premium category in the Indian market.

The company has launched four new models of side-by-side refrigerators, front loading washing machines, air purifiers with a distinctive filter system, and convection microwave ovens with as many as 101 auto cook menu options.

LG is seeking to capture about 30 percent of the home appliances market share by 2010 and will invest approximately Rs. 25 crore in marketing and sales promotion for the segment during this festival season, a company statement said.(IANS)
