LG has announced the introduction of a low end handset, LG GS200, which is specially targeted at the music loving customers, with its 'rich and loud' speakers.

The new LG GS200 sports a 2 inch LCD screen with 176×220 pixel resolution. According to the company, the handset has an external speaker which delivers a 'rich and loud' sound for the music lovers.

In addition to the above features the phone is equipped with a FM radio, a music player and micsroSD card enabled expandable memory and a 1.3 mega pixel camera.

As LG has launched the phone keeping in view the lower end market, the phone carries a basic look with usual numeric keypad and a relatively small display. The phone comes in an attractive black and red color scheme.

LG has been selling the LG GS200 at a price of 3,990 rubles in Russia. In India, LG has made the phone available in Rs. 6000.
