Washington D.C. [ANI], Nov. 5 : Mariah Carey, who recently had a split with billionaire fiance James Packer, is indeed making 'through the rain'.

The 46-year-old songstress took to the stage to perform for the first time since her split from fiance Packer at a fashion event in Toronto, Canada on November 3, reports US Weekly.

The 'Through the Rain' singer attended the unveiling of the annual Christmas window display of Hudson's Bay and Saks Fifth Avenue department stores where she treated the crowd to a spirited rendition of her massive holiday hit 'All I Want for Christmas Is You.'

Besides the stunning performance, she also gave attendees a real show that featured fireworks and confetti. Fans reportedly dubbed her the "Christmas Queen" after her headline-making performance that was live-streamed on social media.

Carey and 49-year-old Packer called it off earlier last month after they got into a fight during a vacation in Greece. The couple had been engaged for more than seven months.

The 'Without You' singer, however, appeared to be in good spirits as she slayed the stage in a curve-hugging, pink gown by Anna Maier. (ANI)
