Michael’s last doctor faces suspension
Fate of Michael Jackson's last doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, is going to be decided today. A case against him is undertrial and it will be decided whether he will continue to hold his California medical license or whether he should be suspended for life.
Reports suggest that the family members of Michael Jackson's family will be present during the trail.
In the trail, the California Medical Board will be asking the judge to pass a ruling as per which Dr. Murray will be asked not to practice medicine anymore.
As of now, he is already prohibited from using anesthesia, after he pleaded non-guilty in a case of involuntary manslaughter. This happened during February this year. However, he continued to hold his license.
A new judge has been appointed on the case.
In the last case, the Attorney General Jerry Brown had said that his treatment of Jackson showed his lack of judgment. In return, the Defense Lawyer, Ed Chernoff, argued that the circumstances have changed. Moreover, Dr. Murray has no patients in California.
He has started work in Houston, Texas, and Las Vegas, Nevada though.
