Microsoft may soon launch its own smartphonesThe rumors are floating all around as of now is that Microsoft will release its own smartphones. It is being predicted by one analyst that the device may be revealed at the GSMA Mobile World Congress in two weeks.

In a report written by Doug Freedman of Broadpoint AmTech on Thursday, confirmed, "The Microsoft-branded phone may include Nvidia's Tegra processor and a telecommunications baseband chip from Qualcomm."

Many rumors came to existence last year, which said that a smartphone would be launched by Microsoft at the Consumer Electronics Show in January; however, none of them became a reality. But now it is being predicted by Freedman that the launch would happen at MWC, which takes place Feb. 16-19 in Barcelona.

When Microsoft and Nividia were approached to comment on the recent developing, they both denied commenting directly. Via a statement Scott Rockfeld, director of Windows Mobile informed, "We have nothing to announce at this time. We continue to collaborate with Nvidia on the delivery of innovative solutions that move the smartphone industry and the consumer experience forward."
