New York, Dec 16 : It has been revealed that American actress Jennifer Aniston looked for a date to escort her to the premiere of her new movie `Marley & Me' after she split from her boyfriend John Mayer.

The reason Aniston, 39, wanted someone to escort her was because her ex-hubby Brad Pitt was also premiering his movie `The Curious Case of Benjamin Button' the same day.

Washington, Dec 12: It seems that actress Jennifer Aniston was quite aware of growing love between her ex husband Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

The Friends star revealed that Angelina’s announcement that she fell for Pitt while he was still married has "confirmed" her suspicions at the time.

The ‘Changeling’ star had recently admitted she fell for Pitt during the making of ‘Mr and Mrs Smith’ in 2005 movie - when the actor was still married.

The pressure had stemmed from the fact that he desperately wanted her to like him and for them to be friends.

Washington, Dec 11 : After Angelina Jolie, Hollywood hunk Brad Pitt has also confessed that the couple fell in love while he was still married to Jennifer Aniston.

In an interview to Rolling Stone magazine, the Fight Club star confessed that he fell in love with Jolie on the sets of 2004 film `Mr and Mrs Smith'.

When asked why Mr. & Mrs. Smith was his favourite Angelina film, Brad answered, "Because you know... six kids. Because I fell in love," reports The Sun.

Two months earlier, the `Tomb Raider' star had revealed that they started to develop feelings towards each other during the making of the blockbuster.
