Washington, April 28 : John Mayer has dismissed reports suggesting that he is dating an aspiring actress following his spilt from Jennifer Aniston.

Mayer and the former `Friends' star's relationship came to an end in March (09) and the rocker was rumoured to be dating aspiring star Scheana Marie.

Marie fuelled rumours when she described Mayer as "a great guy", adding, "He''s funny and sweet."

However, Mayer insists he's still single.

London, April 27 : John Mayer, who is recently parted ways with Jennifer Aniston, is being linked to a 23-year-old aspiring actress Marie.

Mayer and Aniston broke off last month (Mar09) after months of speculation about the state of their love affair.

And now, rumours are abuzz that the 31-year-old rocker has found love in part-time cocktail waitress Scheana Marie, who recently landed a small part in the Jonas Brothers upcoming Disney Channel TV show.

Mayer met Marie in 2008 while she was serving drinks at the Beverly Hills cigar club Grand Havana Room.

Washington, Apr 25 : After parting ways with Jennifer Aniston, John Mayer has been spending a lot of time with cocktail waitress/ actress Scheana Marie.

"We''re friends," Marie tells People.

"He''s a great guy. He''s funny and sweet," she added.

According to sources, Marie, 23, and Mayer, 31, met in 2008 at the Beverly Hills cigar club Grand Havana Room, where she currently works as a bartender and cocktail waitress.

New York, April 15 : John Mayer had a trick up his sleeve to keep Jessica Simpson quiet and that was to tell her he was more attracted to the way she looked than how she talked, reveals a friend.

The 31-year-old used to allegedly tell the stunning blonde that he was drawn towards her spiritual side.

Washington, April 11: John Mayer and Demi Lovato have been swapping compliments on the popular social networking site Twitter.

Mayer, 31, had recently confessed on the website that he could not get the tune of Lovato’s latest track "La La Land" out of his head.

"I have ''La La Land'' by @ddlovato stuck in my head. Actually, it''s not stuck. I''m choosing to sing it. B section is sophisticated," People magazine quoted him as saying.
