London, Feb 7: Hollywood actress Olivia Newton John has been accused of reneging a property deal by a couple, who have filed a lawsuit against her.
The couple have accused Newton John and her husband John Esterling of going back on their words after agreeing top buy their 1.6 million-pound home in Tequesta in Palm Beach County, Florida.
However, Newton John's attorney has denied that his client has broken the deal, insisting that property sellers, in fact, failed to gain approval from the bank in time.

The Mediterranean-style mansion consists of 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a pool, a spa and a two-bedroom guesthouse, reports The Daily Telegraph.
