New Delhi, Feb 28 : The Prime Minister's Special Envoy on Climate Change, Shyam Saran, on Saturday said a revised plan on climate change would be submitted for approval to the Prime Minister's Council soon.

The plan will help to address pressing concerns about climate change, besides ensuring energy security, Saran said.
