He will be flying down from South Africa with his Knight Riders team just for a day on April 30 to cast their vote before flying back for their next match.

India advises citizens against visiting swine flu-hit nations New Delhi  - India has advised its citizens against visiting nations hit by a swine flu outbreak and is screening passengers coming from these countries, news reports said Tuesday.

The federal Health Ministry held a meeting Monday to discuss measures to prevent the flu, which spreads among humans through contact with infected pigs, from reaching India.

After the meeting a travel advisory was issued against visiting Mexico, the United States, Britain, France, Canada and New Zealand, the PTI news agency reported.

During his visit, Antony addressed the troops at the Raina Auditorium in Rajouri, where he lauded the role of the Indian Army in curbing infiltration and reducing the levels of insurgency.

PDP supporters protest against EC’s decision in J-KSrinagar, Apr 27: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) supporters took to streets on Monday to protest against the cancellation of an Election Commission (EC) notification for holding bye-polls in the Hazratbal parliamentary constituency.

Chanting slogans against the National Conference-led state government and the EC, PDP activists marched through the streets of Srinagar, to voice their anger at the EC’s decision.

The supporters gathered outside the EC office and accused the commission of siding with the National Conference (NC) candidate.

Bollywood actor Feroz Khan dies New Delhi - Bollywood actor-filmmaker Feroz Khan, once known as the "Clint Eastwood of the East' for his macho style and swagger, died Monday after a prolonged battle with cancer. He was 69. Khan died at 1:30 am (2000 GMT Sunday) at his farmhouse in the southern city of Bangalore.

His funeral was scheduled to take place in the city later on Monday, his family said.
