Indore, Nov. 19 : Former Sri Lankan Test player and match referee for the ongoing one-day series between India and England, Roshan Mahanama has let off England pacer Stuart Broad with a warning, after the latter escaped a fine for losing his cool in England’s second one-day defeat here.
Mahanama summoned Broad after the umpires reported him for “borderline dissent” during Monday’s 54-run loss in Indore.

Indore, Nov 15 : Police resorted to baton charge to control unruly cricket enthusiasts in Indore on Saturday who thronged stadium to buy tickets for the second One-Day International match to be played on November 17th between India and England.
A large number of cricket lovers were present at the ticket stall since early morning to buy tickets for the match.
However, chaotic scenes surfaced as the day progressed with queue getting longer and enthusiasts becoming impatient to get tickets.
Indore (Madhya Pradesh), Oct 30 (ANI): Uma Bharati''s Bharatiya Janshakti Party (BJS) on Thursday offered a party ticket to Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, arrested in connection with the Malegaon blasts, to contest the upcoming assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh.
BJS National Secretary Inder Prajapat, while talking to reporters, said, "If she (Pragya) wishes, our party will field her from any seat in Madhya Pradesh against the BJP."
During all four inspections conducted by MCI of the Index Medical College (Indore) on May 8, May 9, May 27 and August 19, the infrastructure of the college was found inadequate. The executive committee of MCI recommended to the Centre that the permission for the admission of 150 students for 2008-09 should not be renewed. The plea of the college to enroll 150 students for academic year 2008-09 was declined by SC.
