Mumbai, Apr 28 : A special court here today will decide the juvenility of Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, the only survivour attacker of Mumbai terror attacks.

On April 24, a court had ordered an inquiry to determine the age of Kasab.

The court''s order came after Kasab claimed to have been a minor at the time of Mumbai carnage.

Judge M. L. Tahiliyani said a radiologist and a forensic dentist would examine Kasab. Tahiliyani also allowed special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam to examine witnesses comprising doctors and jailor.

Pantaloon Retail (India), the country’s biggest publicly traded supermarket operator, informed that its net profit has surged by 7.07 per cent to Rs 34.37 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2009.

The company declared results for third quarter, because its financial year ends on June 30.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Pantaloon said that it had a net profit of Rs 32.10 crore in the same quarter ended March 2008.

Few week ago, a 92 year old man suffered from an acute myocardial infarction (death of heart muscle) and was hospitalized in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai.He was given treatment as well as medication for 15 days but, all in vain. He still continued complaining about severe chest pain.

After viewing his unstable condition, Dr Dalal without losing a single minute, has suggested option of angiography. But his family members were seen worried about invasive procedures as he was 92 years old.
