The `Toxic' star had raised eyebrows after she was invited by Rourke for an LA bash.

But her spokesman Anthony D''Alessandro dismissed the link up, saying only friendship was brewing between the two.

"While Bai Ling, who is single, has dated a lot during her career, she isn''t some ''whore'' who hooks on to rising actors," the New York Post quoted Anthony, as saying.

"She considers Mickey Rourke a friend.
