Thailand to seek extradition of Thaksin Shinawatra from BritainLondon, Aug 14 : Thailand today confirmed that it will request the extradition of former Thai Prime Minister and owner of the Manchester City football club, Thaksin Shinawatra, from Britain, after he fled to London to avoid facing a trial for fraud.

Thai Foreign Minister Tej Bunnag said that the country’s first step would be the cancellation of the diplomatic passports held by Thaksin and his wife, Potjaman, after arrest warrants were issued for them on Monday by the country’s Supreme Court.

It has been claimed that that the Trace Union Council (TUC) has criticized bosses who order girls to wear stilettos.

The move comes after a study linked the footwear to back pain.

“These dress codes – apart from being sexist – can lead to foot and back problems,” The Sun quoted General Secretary Brendan Barber, as saying.

London, Aug 14 : Austrian incest fiend Josef Fritzl’s daughter has secretly taken three of her children to the dungeon where her father imprisoned them, it has emerged.

This was the first time since her rescue that Elisabeth has set foot back inside the house of horrors having been imprisoned there for 24 years.

It is understood police wanted them to show them exactly where and how they lived in their underground jail, claims Austrian newspaper Kurier

Elisabeth spent 25 years imprisoned in the cellar of the family home in Amstetten where she was raped repeatedly by evil Fritzl.

Three men claim discovery of Bigfoot’s body in US

Big FootLondon, August 13 : Three men from the US have claimed that they have found the body of the mythical ‘Bigfoot’, and intend to present the animal’s body as the conclusive proof.

Bigfoot, also known as Sasquatch, is an alleged ape-like creature said to inhabit remote forests, mainly in the Pacific northwest region of the United States and the Canadian province of British Columbia.

According to a report in the Daily Telegraph, the three men plan to release a photo of their Bigfoot and what they claim is DNA evidence at a news conference in Palo Alto on August 15th.

The company has predicted a significant rise in the demand and sales of its new laptops, due to their significantly higher battery life than the existing machines, in the near future.

"The majority of people coming online and buying their first computer today are doing it in emerging countries like China, India and Brazil,” the BBC quoted Andy Lark, Dell''s vice president of global marketing, as saying.
