Rekoo, a leading mobile gaming company in China, has opened a new office in eth British capital, London aiming to offer its games to the European games and to offer European game in the Chinese market.

Rekoo gained popularity with game titles including Finding Something and Sunshine Winery. It already has presence in the international markets including the US and Japan and is now aiming to boost its markets share in Europe by making investments in the region. Pan Jinyu, vice-president of Rekoo said that the company is looking to generate about 60 per cent of its revenues from the UK games market and other focus markets in the region includes France and Germany.

"The UK is strong in creative industries and it has a large gaming market - and so has China. Therefore we want to connect the gaming market of both countries," said Pan.

Rekoo was founded in Beijing in 2008 and has since grown to attract 20 million active daily gamers on PC and 10 million on smartphones. It employs 500 employees across Asia and is among the first firms from the country to offer games through Facebook.
