Sony’s new fleet of phones

Sony-Ericsson-Xperia-X10Sony Ericsson has launched its new fleet of handsets in India. This series includes five brand new phones like Xperia X10, the X10 Mini, the X10 Mini Pro, Vivaz, Vivaz Pro.

Among all these phones much awaited was Xperia X10- the most desirable android phone. Prices of these phones vary between Rs. 25,695 to Rs. 35,795.

Sony dares to enter the market and stiffened its belt to face remarkable and tough competition with the existing brands. Numerous phones like Nokia N97, Samsung Omnia HD, HTC HD2, the HTC Hero and the various blackberry devices ,which already have won the hearts of different users will act as barriers in the way of Sony Ericsson's phones.

Presently, Sony Ericsson has launched the prices of two devices only specifically Xperia X10 which is priced at RS. 35,795 and the Vivaz priced at RS. 25,695.

Company reveals some of the exclusive features of these phones like Vivaz, supports video recording in HD and posses 8 megapixel camera, similarly Vivaz Pro has a 5 megapixel camera. Xperia X10 Mini and Mini pro has similar features except the presence of slide out QWERTY KEYPAD on the Pro.

It is necessary for Sony Ericsson to capture the overcrowded market and regain its goodwill which it holds longtime back in devices like walkman's and cyber shot series. Company has to logically set the prices of the devices and focus at providing quality services to the users.
