Washington, Mar. 27 : Key aides of the Obama administration have warned that Washington just has about a year to turn things around in both Pakistan and Afghanistan.

An official said twelve months is about the time they have to show measurable progress before public support wanes and policy turns into an electoral slanging match between the Democrats and the Republicans.

President Barack Obama briefed members of Congress on Thursday about his new policy on Afghanistan and Pakistan, which is to be revealed on Friday.

EndoPAT, the noninvasive finger test device, developed by Itamar Medical, measures the health of endothelial cells by measuring blood flow.

EndoPAT consists of digital recording equipment and two finger probes that look like large thimbles.

China's YouTube block blastedSan Francisco  - The Electronic Freedom Foundation on Thursday voiced alarm at the blanket censorship apparently placed on YouTube earlier in the week by Chinese authorities.

"Such absolute blocks are unusual," said Danny O'Brien, International Outreach Coordinator with the internet freedom group. "The purpose is to make very clear that it's a deliberate gesture."

Access in China to the Google-owned video website has been blocked since Monday.
