The seven-time Tour de France winner crashed on stage one of the Vuelta a Castilla y Leon and will undergo surgery in the United States to insert a metal plate to strengthen the bone.

Washington, Mar 25 : Former US President Bill Clinton will deliver the keynote speech on April 19 when the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center opens for the first time in Skokie.

Clinton will join Governor Pat Quinn, foreign dignitaries and Holocaust survivors at a ceremony that will mark the much-anticipated opening of the museum.

The ceremony will begin at noon April 19 under a large tent outside the museum, 9603 Woods Drive, The Sun Times Group reported.

Helen Sun, 37, of Fairfield, Conn., handcuffed Robert Drawbough and even attacked him by biting him.

Drawbough somehow managed to call the Connecticut cops and asked them for help, screaming at the same time as his wife attacked him.
