According to the Waikato Times, Owen Robinson told the Black Caps skipper that Tendulkar is susceptible to the lofted drive after bowling to the cricket superstar in the nets.

According to reports, the Big Issue seller was pleading Ronaldo to buy a copy of the 1.50-pound magazine.

However, when the 100,000-pound-a-week ace ignored his pleas, he lost his cool.

The vendor brushed past Ronaldo, and hopped in the motor.

He even swore at the Man United star, and challenged the latter to get out and fight.

Alshammar, 31, clocked 25.44 seconds - 0.02 seconds faster than the world record she set in Barcelona in 2007.

"I'm a bit shocked myself, and I'm very happy," Alshammar said. "I've had a great couple of months in Australia."

She has been in Sydney training with local rival Libby Trickett for the past two months.
