A 24-hour general entertainment Bhojpuri channel “Mahuaa TV” was launched on Sunday. The channel first of its kind in India was launched by Mahuaa Media Private Limited (MMPL), an associate of entertainment and media company Century Communication Group.

While unveiling the channel railway minister Lalu Prasad Yadav said, “It is heartening to see someone finally coming out with a channel that reminds one of his roots.”

To extend their support to the channel, several Bhojpuri superstars like Manoj Tiwari, Ravi Kissan, Shweta Tiwari, Dinesh Yadav were also present on the occasion.                                                          

A special survey being conducted by a popular news agency revealed that Mumbai men mostly fantasized Bollywood’s hottest chick ‘Mallika Sherawat.’

The Jatt girl from Haryana was able to gather 28 percent of votes conducted on 200 men in Mumbai.

Mallika was followed by Lara Dutta and Bipasha Basu.

After getting a permanent ban order from the Dindoshi session’s court on the scenes in SRK-starrer Om Shanti Om that make fun of the legendary Manoj Kumar, the actor’s lawyer stated that they are also planning to file a criminal case against the makers of the film.

Advocate Ashok Saraogi stated, “We have won the case as the court has ordered a permanent injunction on the scenes which mock the actor. Now we are planning for a criminal case.”

The reason is that Mallika said ‘NO’ to be a guest in her TV soap ‘The Rakhi Sawant Show' on Zoom channel.

Sherawat has been making appearances at places in order to promote her upcoming flick ‘Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam.

But, she declined Rakhi’s plea to appear on her show, and the refusal has set Rakhi screaming and she lashed out at Sherawat.
