3D TV is more preferred than 2G, survey
According to a new survey by technology company Panasonic, viewers now prefer 3G Televisions than older traditional sets.
The research conducted by research firm Frank N Magid Associates during Disney's D23 Expo in August showed that 71 per cent of respondents said that 3G s better than flat 2G screens. About 27 per cent said the 3D experience was 'fabulous', while 50 per cent admitted: 'I wish I had this in my home.'
"We've always said that, just as with HDTV, once consumers experience 3D TV they will want it. This survey proves it. We couldn't be happier with the results," said Eisuke Tsuyuzaki, chief technology officer at Panasonic.
The survey involved answers from more than 500 visitors to the House of Mouse's annual event.
