London, Sep. 7 : Football star Emmanuel Adebayor has vowed to help Tottenham break back into the Champions League.

Spurs had to settle for a place in the Europa League after Manchester City and Arsenal finished above them last season.

Adebayor, who is at Spurs on a season-long loan, has a point to prove after failing to find his best form at Manchester City following a 25-million pound move from Arsenal in 2009.

The Sun quoted him, as saying: "I''m not saying we''re playing to win the league, we''re playing for the top four, which is not going to be easy but we''ve got the squad now." (ANI)
