Yorkshire seamer Ajmal Shazhad has been given the test cap for the test match against Bangladesh. This will be his debut match for England. Ajmal will replace the injured seamer Tim Bresnan for the Second test match against Bangladesh to be played at Old Trafford.

The selection committee believes that it is the perfect time to provide a youngster a chance to perform. The team is pretty confident and performing well. Moreover both the seamers are also doing a good job with the new ball. The left arm bowler from Nottinghamshire, Ryan Sidebottom is a very experienced test bowler who can guide the young fast bowler Ajmal Shazhad.

Ajmal had made his One-day and Twenty20 international debut in Bangladesh last winter. He was in the team as the 12th man for last test match played against Bangladesh in last week at Lords. Now he will get a chance to prove his talent. But it has been informed that the English skipper Andrew Strauss is not happy with this selection.
