New Delhi, Oct 31 - Former US president George W. Bush Saturday expressed his "deepest condolences" to the victims of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack and their families.
Addressing the HT Leadership Summit here, he noted that the anniversary of the 26/11 terror attacks was round the corner.
Like 9/11 in America, 26/11 served as a "moment of clarity" in India, he said.
Pointing out that both the US and India had held democratic elections this year, he congratulated Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and the Congress on their electoral victory. (IANS)
