Buy Wipro With Stoploss Of Rs 386: Ashwani Gujral

wiproStock market analyst Ashwani Gujral maintained 'Buy' rating on Indowind Energy to achieve a short term target between Rs 435 - Rs 450.

According to Mr. Gujral, interested traders can buy the stock with a strict stop loss of Rs 386.

Today (July 15), the shares of the company opened at Rs 406 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Current EPS & P/E ratio stood at 20.30 & 20.10 respectively. The share price has seen a 52-week high of Rs 460.90 and a low of Rs 181.20 on BSE.

Wipro Technologies, the international IT division of Wipro Ltd, has rolled out five new service lines, which will assist customers address business challenges in the existing environment besides assuring them upfront cost savings.

Moreover, the new services lines have been branded in sections including cost savings, asset rationalisation, IT integration in merger and acquisition and transformation among others.

Two Indian biggies including Wipro and Tata Consultancy Services made independent attempts to get hold of the European business of software major BearingPoint, but only to be hit by the US-based Perot Systems that came out as a front-runner.

BearingPoint Europe is presently valued at over $700 million. It would have been one of the biggest out-bound acquisitions by the Indian software industry, in the last 12 months.

Moreover, Wipro Ltd has announced that a meeting of the company's directors will be held from July 21 to July 22, 2009.

But, the accounts would be finally sanctioned by the directors only on July 22, 2009. The Board of Directors will consider and grant, inter alia, the audited standalone financial results for the three month period ended June 30, 2009 (Q1) under Indian GAAP requirements.

The Board will also consider and approved audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 under Indian GAAP requirements.
